Process Tech I - Liquid Paint

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, USA; on-site manufacturing role. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Base pay: $24.66–$29.47 per hour.

What you will do

• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe, healthy work environment.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical systems and assist with preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Support the development and implementation of autonomous maintenance.
• Document standard procedures and maintain data logs for liquid paint processes.
• Ensure proper system startup before production and communicate activities and project status between shifts.
• Support production activities to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Broad technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, complete projects on time, maintain high quality, and work flexibly with schedules and assignments.
• Understanding of environmental compliance requirements for operations and waste streams.
• Two-year related technical degree and at least two years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Visa sponsorship is not provided; U.S. work authorization is required.

• Training or experience with robotic systems.
