What you will do
- Develop and execute the site MES master plan and resource plan.
- Lead and develop the MES and DHS technical team, including resource allocation and recruitment.
- Monitor MES and DHS systems to support production schedules and maintain smooth operations.
- Manage interfaces between MES and manufacturing equipment, including system configuration and integration.
- Optimize production processes through MES implementations and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain data integrity, documentation, compliance records, and alignment with global design guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, automation, MES implementation, or manufacturing systems engineering within a regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or similar GxP environment.
- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing technical teams.
- Experience with strategy and roadmap development, cross-functional project delivery, and global or multisite manufacturing environments.
- Experience with computerized system validation and regulatory compliance, including FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and GAMP 5.
- Experience with MES platforms, data historian systems, manufacturing cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Nice to have
- Certifications in Siemens, Rockwell, or Emerson DeltaV MES platforms, PMP, SAP, or Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing.
- Direct experience with ’s standard MES platforms and data historian systems.
