Pipeline Engineer Trainee (Python/PyQt)

Location: On-site in Madrid, Spain; available for at least 3 months, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.

What you will do

• Develop features for proprietary software used in concurrent film productions.
• Fix bugs and help maintain software quality.
• Follow the team’s technical guidelines and coding practices.
• Assist other team members when needed.
• Learn under the guidance of a tutor.

Requirements

• Must be available onsite for at least 3 months, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week.
• Must be enrolled in the final year of an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s program at an accredited institution.
• Computer Science or a similar technical field of study; a BS degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
• Expertise in Python and PyQt scripting.
• Strong engineering skills, with an appreciation for code craft, code health, and addressing technical debt.
• Strong technical aptitude related to 3D animation and a high level of English.
