KBI: US - Senior Program Manager (Biopharma)

Location: Boulder, Colorado, United States

Salary: $119,002–$163,627 annually, plus annual bonus potential.

What you will do

• Manage client relationships, account communications, expectations, escalations, and third-party coordination.
• Lead programs from project award and kickoff through close-out, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and according to agreed quality standards.
• Develop project plans, track progress and changes, and communicate status, risks, technical issues, and quality concerns.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate client and steering committee meetings, resolve conflicts, and coordinate portfolio priorities.
• Manage project strategy, contracts, change orders, budgets, forecasts, invoicing, vendor payments, and client proposals.
• Support PMO initiatives, process ownership, training, continuous improvement, and site goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of industry experience, including 5 or more years of direct project management experience.
• PMP certification, either current or planned.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Proficiency in English and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, prioritization, negotiation, mathematical, and commitment-management skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
