Marketing & Manufacturing Assistant

Location: Remote, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM MST (20 hours per week)

What you will do

• Organize, format, and schedule social media posts, email newsletters, and launch media for a limited-edition jeans launch.
• Maintain Shopify content by drafting product listings, formatting images, uploading inventory tags, and updating website copy.
• Organize leads, tag customer interactions, and maintain contact lists in HubSpot.
• Gather social engagement, traffic, and campaign performance data for weekly reports.
• Track production milestones, sample rounds, cut-and-sew timelines, delivery schedules, and sample shipments.
• Coordinate communications and documentation with fabric mills, trim suppliers, pattern makers, packaging vendors, and manufacturing partners.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, marketing, or production support role.
• Basic knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, Shopify, HubSpot, and project management tools.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in learning, the apparel manufacturing pipeline from tech packs and sample approvals through bulk production.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail when managing specifications, schedules, and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently during designated hours.

• Experience working with apparel manufacturers, cut-and-sew factories, or trim suppliers.
• Understanding of e-commerce logistics, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.
