Graduate Nurse-FULLER- Full Time (Post-Surgical and Trauma Nursing): Delivering patient and family care in a 55–60-bed post-surgical and trauma unit with an accent on adult post-surgical care, telemetry, stroke, and general medical needs. Focus on applying the nursing process under Registered Nurse supervision, using clinical decision-making and critical thinking, and coordinating care across shifts and settings.
Location: Manchester, NH, United States. Onsite night shifts, every other weekend, from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
Compensation and benefits include nursing sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000, a nursing student loan paydown program of up to $20,000, and tuition reimbursement of up to $4,000 per year.

What you will do
- Deliver care to patients and families with basic to complex needs under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Use the nursing process, clinical decision-making, and critical thinking in daily practice.
- Create a therapeutic and caring environment for patients and families.
- Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
- Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
- Use current evidence and national or specialty standards to guide practice and identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- ASN required, with active enrollment in a BSN program and a signed BSN commitment form; BSN preferred.
- Temporary licensure to practice under Registered Nurse supervision is required for Graduate Nurse status; permanent licensure must subsequently be issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing.
- Obtain BCLS qualification during the orientation period and maintain it during employment.
- Pursue professional certification when eligible or within three years of entering the specialty practice.
- Develop basic computer skills as health system systems are introduced or upgraded.
