What you will do

• Schedule and coordinate core, extended, and functional launch-related meetings.
• Prepare agendas, pre-read materials, action logs, presentations, and structured team documentation.
• Monitor post-HLR launch plans, track milestones, identify discrepancies, and maintain RAID logs.
• Coordinate Brand Strategy Days, virtual launch meetings, readiness reviews, and related parallel activities.
• Develop and maintain scenario-planning materials and the minute-by-minute Day 0 execution plan.
• Coordinate Day 0 activities in real time and support post-launch documentation, tracking, and handover.

Requirements

• Experience supporting project coordination, launch operations, or cross-functional program activities.
• Ability to manage meeting logistics, agendas, action tracking, documentation, and version control.
• Ability to monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues across launch plans.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills for working with multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
• Ability to support readiness planning and real-time execution during critical launch activities.
