What you will do

• Clean and perform basic maintenance on pharmacy production equipment.
• Identify equipment issues, follow defined troubleshooting steps, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Operate designated equipment and service vehicles according to safety and operational guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment supporting patient service.
• Complete routine assignments accurately and on time while supporting team priorities.
• Build technical knowledge through hands-on experience, guidance, and feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in equipment support, operations, warehouse work, or a related environment.
• Ability to follow structured processes and work under close supervision.
• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment maintenance.
• Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and a professional attitude.

Nice to have

• Experience with production, pharmacy, or medical equipment.
• Experience cleaning, maintaining, or operating equipment in a regulated environment.
• Basic troubleshooting or exposure to equipment repair processes.
• Comfort operating service vehicles in operational environments.
