Lead Sustainability Strategy and Reporting Analyst (ESG)

What you will do

• Integrate sustainability priorities into business strategy, operations, supply chain, product planning, and enterprise decision-making.
• Lead Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions reporting, data quality improvements, KPI tracking, and sustainability data governance.
• Manage annual impact reports, regulatory disclosures, executive dashboards, and sustainability ratings submissions.
• Monitor CSRD, SASB, and GHG Protocol developments and maintain reporting standards, internal controls, and assurance readiness.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, legal, HR, finance, senior leaders, and other stakeholders to improve accountability and data quality.
• Lead sustainability projects, manage timelines and deliverables, define KPIs, and optimize ESG reporting tools and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, economics, environmental science or management, business, engineering, accounting, supply chain, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience leading cross-functional sustainability, ESG disclosure, data governance, assurance readiness, or business integration initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience managing external sustainability disclosures, ratings, rankings, or stakeholder questionnaires, including CDP, EcoVadis, MSCI, ISS, or similar platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of sustainability disclosure standards and frameworks, sustainability data governance, internal controls, documentation, and assurance readiness.
• Strong strategic thinking, change management, analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s or advanced degree in sustainability, business, economics, environmental management, engineering, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field.
• Experience with environmental data collection, GHG accounting, or ESG data assurance and audit processes.
