Creator & Partnerships Lead

Location: Beverly Hills, California, United States; office work four days per week

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with major brand clients and provide strategic guidance across multiple workstreams.
• Oversee creator, influencer, and talent partnerships from strategy and vetting through procurement, contracting, execution, and asset approvals.
• Plan and execute customized talent and digital programs aligned with client objectives.
• Ensure partnership deals and talent deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in line with brand goals.
• Build relationships with talent representatives, managers, publicists, platforms, directors, producers, and agency partners.
• Support business development through pitch ideation, research, proposal development, and identification of new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in film/TV production, marketing, communications, media studies, or a related field.
• At least six years of experience in creator, digital, or talent marketing.
• Proven ability to manage partnerships and multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of talent contracts, digital platforms, evolving trends, and culture.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proactive, dependable, solutions-oriented approach with strong professionalism and confidentiality.
