Salary: $65,000–$75,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Analyze requirements, business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer impact with business analysts, product owners, developers, and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, enhance, test, troubleshoot, refactor, and maintain software applications using approved AI-assisted development tools.
- Create technical specifications, code, unit test plans, documentation, and other development artifacts.
- Review and refine AI-generated code, tests, documentation, and recommendations for quality, security, performance, maintainability, and production readiness.
- Participate in Scrum planning, grooming, walkthroughs, estimation, retrospectives, and other agile processes.
- Contribute to responsible AI-assisted development practices, knowledge transfer, modernization, and continuity of existing products and codebases.
Requirements
- Understanding of software requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business impact.
- Software engineering judgment and computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to use and critically validate approved AI development tools while retaining human accountability for final work.
- Knowledge of coding standards, secure development practices, architectural patterns, and AI SDLC governance.
- Ability to deliver software, testing, technical documentation, and related artifacts with guidance from senior developers, architects, and managers.
- Ability to work remotely from Idaho, United States.
