Global Maintenance & Reliability Excellence Leader (Chemical Manufacturing)

Location: Wilmington, Delaware, United States; headquarters-based position

Salary: $204,483–$319,505 annual base pay; 32% annual bonus target and $100,000 annual stock amount.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the global Asset Care strategy across manufacturing sites, aligning practices with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Standardize, deploy, and govern preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs worldwide.
• Establish and improve global asset care KPIs, including OEE and maintenance costs as a percentage of equipment replacement value.
• Lead the rollout of tools, systems, and training, including SAP enhancements, reliability frameworks, and turnaround best practices.
• Build cross-site reliability networks, lead change management, and coordinate collaboration across businesses and support functions.
• Coach asset care leaders and partner with Capital and Operations teams to embed reliability and maintainability into capital projects and major turnarounds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related Engineering; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or operations within a chemical manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in a maintenance and reliability leadership role, preferably managing global or multi-site programs through cross-functional teams.
• Experience implementing structured reliability frameworks and process safety mechanical integrity programs.
• Ability to communicate across organizational levels, from shopfloor personnel to senior leaders, and drive adoption of change.
• Technical knowledge of reliability, workflow management, and lifecycle asset management.

Nice to have

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional certification or equivalent.
• Formal training in TPM, WCM, or Lean Six Sigma, preferably Green Belt or higher.
• Strong SAP PM experience and knowledge of digital reliability tools, predictive analytics, and AI applications.
