Focus on resolving supply disruptions, driving process standardization and automation, and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.

What you will do
- Lead and develop regional customer supply teams and ensure effective process delivery.
- Manage customer order fulfillment and support efficient Order-to-Cash execution.
- Balance inventory, demand, capacity, and service objectives through effective supply planning.
- Act as the escalation point for customer service, supply disruptions, and complex operational issues.
- Partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Marketing, and Key Account teams.
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, KPI visibility, automation, digital supply chain capabilities, and organizational transformation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or Business.
- 5–10 years of experience in Supply Planning, Customer Service, Customer Supply, or a related supply chain function.
- Experience managing customer orders, service delivery, escalations, supply disruptions, and operational risks.
- Experience balancing demand, supply, inventory, and capacity to achieve service and business objectives.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams in complex cross-functional environments.
- Experience working in SAP environments, with strong communication, stakeholder management, decision-making, and escalation management skills.
Nice to have
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification.
