What you will do
- Ensure compliance with production plans and production line output targets.
- Maintain efficient manufacturing operations and control assigned production activities.
- Prepare wafers, components, semi-products, and related hand-stock.
- Process components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Perform basic machine setup and CNC or SPS programming when required.
- Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers on repairs.
Requirements
- Follow internal work instructions, safety rules, and applicable EHS regulations.
- Report equipment failures and other malfunctions to the responsible employee or supervisor.
- Execute assigned tasks according to established procedures.
- Support resource allocation, unit budgeting, and manufacturing cost control.
