What you will do
- Capture website screenshots and create, structure, review, and manage Review Version and Compliance Version files.
- Manage change, functional, medical, and reference annotations to guide asset updates accurately.
- Submit, categorize, link, tag, and track assets in Veeva PromoMats.
- Audit project requirements and verify that manuscripts, feedback files, annotated PDFs, staging links, and other required materials are available.
- Check annotations, pink variable brackets, and submissions for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with brand and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, web leads, SEO, QA, editorial teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies or scientific writing agencies.
- At least 2 years of experience developing and reviewing scientific or promotional content for accuracy and legal compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats is preferred; knowledge of Veeva Vault is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret scientific data and produce clear, accurate, audience-appropriate medical and promotional content.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in process-oriented workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of therapeutic areas or specialty medicine.
- Experience creating content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Experience using AI-based tools for screenshot and annotation workflows.
