TL;DR
Financial Analyst, Technology (Finance and Technology Analytics): Supporting budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, and spend analysis for software and contract labor with an accent on financial planning, variance analysis, and technology cost management. Focus on analyzing software and professional-fee trends, improving reporting processes, and delivering decision support to Technology leaders.
Location: Atlanta Support Center, onsite 5 days per week

What you will do
- Support annual G&A and Direct-to-Fund budgeting, focusing on software spend and contract labor management.
- Perform monthly variance analyses and explain material changes for business reviews.
- Collect and analyze Technology spend data for periodic forecasts, including software and professional fees.
- Deliver ad hoc spend analyses that identify optimization and cost-efficiency opportunities.
- Improve planning, reporting, data collection, and analysis processes while maintaining accurate and timely deliverables.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, and business leaders on staffing, headcount, and decision-support analysis.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3+ years of Planning & Analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, finance, technical, and problem-solving skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities under time constraints.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
- Experience in a multi-brand corporate or shared-services environment.
- Experience with Hyperion Planning, Hyperion Financial Management, and SmartView.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SharePoint.
