What you will do
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and local, state, and federal regulatory agencies.
- Lead complex, multidisciplinary water and wastewater treatment projects as senior project manager.
- Oversee analysis, process evaluation, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications.
- Manage project teams, coordinate internal workloads, and support business growth and sales efforts.
- Apply technical expertise across civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical treatment plant design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- 10+ years of related water and wastewater treatment experience, including plant process evaluation, design, and construction.
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, communication, and sales skills.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license, or ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental concentration or in Environmental Engineering.
