Inventory Control Ambassador (Procurement and Inventory)

Location: hirify.global San Diego; on-site work in indoor and outdoor park areas

Salary: 19.50 USD per hour

What you will do

• Procure goods and services for park operations while following SEA Purchasing Standards.
• Interact professionally with operational units, vendors, Ambassadors, guests, and leadership.
• Answer calls, enter data, receive and process orders in SAP, and complete office administration.
• Create, process, and close maintenance work orders; coordinate service calls and dispatch trade personnel.
• Receive, stock, issue, and deliver goods and materials while maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Assist other park locations and areas as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and one year of experience in a structured purchasing environment.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, buying techniques, price and term negotiation, spreadsheets, word processing, and perpetual inventory systems.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, conflict-resolution, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain a company driver's license.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift, move freely, work independently, and work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions, including environments with fumes, dust, or odors.
• Availability for varying shifts, including opening and closing shifts based on park hours.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of SAP applications.
• One to two years of guest service experience.
