(PRI) Tire & Battery Technician - Automotive Sam's Club

Location: Caguas, Puerto Rico, United States; onsite at Sam's Club.

Hourly wage: $18.00–$26.00 per hour, subject to the applicable minimum wage.

What you will do

• Provide tire and battery sales and service while delivering safe and efficient customer service.
• Apply tire and battery industry guidelines, safety and compliance protocols, equipment operations, product specifications, and service standards.
• Use TPMS systems, point-of-sale systems, handheld technology, and other digital tools to support service decisions and customer experience.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions, handle special orders and returns, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Inspect the physical service area, report hazards and product or service issues, and complete required paperwork, logs, audits, and documentation.
• Educate, mentor, and support new technicians and other associates.

Requirements

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully complete required training and assessments within the prescribed timeframe.
• Ability to work onsite in Caguas, Puerto Rico.
