Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Neuro/Orthopedics - Per Diem (Medical-Surgical Nursing): Delivering patient-centered nursing care for orthopedic, neurosurgical, general medicine, and general surgical patients with an accent on priority-based assessment, evidence-based practice, and family engagement. Focus on managing neuro-spine and orthopedic care, intravenous therapy, central lines, and post-operative patient needs.
Location: Nashua, New Hampshire, United States. Onsite per diem evening shift, 11 a.m.–11 p.m.

What you will do
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care using the Professional Practice Model.
- Assess patients, establish care goals, and implement priority-based nursing interventions.
- Integrate patient values, best practices, and evidence into care delivery.
- Engage patients and families in care planning and delivery.
- Collaborate with the care team and communicate effectively according to the situation.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN.
- Hold an active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
- Obtain Basic Life Support competency within 30 days.
- Obtain intravenous therapy, general surgical post-operative care, orthopedic care, neuro-spine care, and central line management competencies within 90 days.
- Learn to assemble, maintain, and troubleshoot orthopedic device equipment within 180 days.
