Location: Lubbock or El Paso, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work.

What you will do
- Lead and support engineering teams delivering municipal water and wastewater treatment solutions across West Texas and other regions.
- Oversee analysis, design, construction administration, and technical reports, plans, and specifications for treatment, reuse, and resource recovery facilities.
- Manage complex, multidisciplinary treatment plant projects and coordinate internal team workloads and sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with municipal clients, internal stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage and develop staff while producing high-quality technical work and growing client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering.
- 4+ years of water and wastewater treatment experience focused on plant process evaluation, design, and construction.
- Experience with water or wastewater process design, treatment plant civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical design, process studies, and construction contract administration.
- Proven project management, communication, presentation, sales, and client relationship skills.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to become licensed in Texas within 6 months.
Nice to have
- Municipal treatment project experience.
- Experience managing projects with fees of $1 million or more.
- Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental concentration or Environmental Engineering.
