What you will do

• Lead Professional Education and Commercial Education strategies across Trauma, Sports, Joint Reconstruction, and Spine.
• Develop mid- to long-term education strategies, annual execution plans, and learning journeys for physicians and employees.
• Build relationships with universities, key opinion leaders, academic organizations, and professional societies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder alignment and act as the central PMO and liaison for system and digital initiatives across Global, APAC, and domestic teams.
• Develop digital education solutions and hybrid learning models to improve content delivery and learner experience.
• Support healthcare compliance submissions, program approvals, surveys, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in orthopaedics, such as sales, marketing, clinical, or education.
• Strategic thinking, execution capability, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of orthopaedic products and procedures and understanding of healthcare compliance requirements.
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English, with at least enough English for meeting communication.
• Comfort with digital tools and new technologies, plus willingness to travel and work flexibly, including weekends when required.

• Experience in program planning and/or project leadership.
