Project Manager (Engineering and Construction)

hirify.global is recruiting for a growing engineering organisation delivering industrial, infrastructure, and construction projects.

What you will do

• Manage engineering and construction projects from award through handover.
• Develop project programmes, cost plans, budgets, and cashflow forecasts.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Lead kick-off meetings, progress reviews, project reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor risks, opportunities, mitigation plans, scope changes, variations, and compensation events.
• Lead and develop project teams while maintaining client relationships and delivery quality.

Requirements

• HND, degree, or equivalent qualification in engineering or a technical discipline.
• Formal project management qualification such as APM, PMI, or PRINCE2.
• Experience delivering engineering, industrial, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and commercial performance.
• Knowledge of contract management and change control processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6.
