Intern, Actuation Engineering (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite in Torrance, California; ability to relocate for the internship duration required

Salary: $28.00–$34.00 hourly

What you will do

• Contribute to the development of new products, components, and assemblies.
• Support conceptual, detail, and proposal design activities.
• Write technical reports and assist with part selection.
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
• Contribute input to project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Collaborate as a multidisciplinary member of an engineering team.

Requirements

• Be enrolled in an accredited university bachelor's or master's program in aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Maintain a GPA of at least 3.0; the department may specify an exact GPA requirement.
• Be able to relocate for the duration of the internship and work onsite in Torrance, California.
• Demonstrate effective communication, a professional disposition, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a team environment.
• Access to U.S. export-controlled information is required for the position.
