What you will do

• Drive business growth across the Greater Asia region.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and annual targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead commercial innovation initiatives.
• Build customer relationships as the primary commercial contact and understand customer strategies, brand priorities, and innovation roadmaps.
• Lead projects from customer brief through commercialization with cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
• Excellent olfactive communication skills, including fragrance discrimination, description, association, and odor memory.
• Ability to identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.
• Understanding of functional and technical capabilities, consumers, and dhirify.globalerent markets.
