Painter Associate (Automotive)

What you will do

• Perform body repairs, including masking, sanding, and grinding vehicle surfaces.
• Apply primer and refinishing paint while correcting finish defects.
• Remove and replace parts to maintain cosmetic and structural integrity.
• Repair plastic components and substrates to hirify.global quality standards.
• Maintain specialized equipment and keep the workstation clean, organized, and functional.
• Follow hirify.global Paint Standards, 5S principles, Environmental, Health and Safety requirements, and internal and external customer service standards.

Requirements

• Complete New Associate Orientation Training – Operations and required timekeeping systems training.
• Meet performance standards for Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II, Flow Inventory Associate II, and Senior Reconditioning Associate responsibilities.
• Successfully complete workstation certifications across relevant reconditioning areas.
• Read, interpret, and record data accurately while performing multiple duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions, including outdoors.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection; clean-shaven status is required to use a half-face respirator.
