What you will do

• Facilitate training using approved SOPs, lesson plans, and other training resources.
• Certify, test, audit, and document ambassador training according to assigned-area and equipment procedures.
• Deliver training focused on safety and exceptional guest service.
• Observe ambassador performance and provide continuous supplemental training.
• Model daily operations as an EMT/Paramedic and participate in evacuation drills and OSHA compliance training.
• Maintain a safe work environment, identify hazards, and perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a current EMT/Paramedic at the park and meet all requirements for that role.
• Be in good standing without a written warning or higher corrective action.
• Effectively train ambassadors in area procedures, safety procedures, and guest service.
• Communicate strongly in writing and verbally, remain composed under stress, multitask, make quick decisions, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to use protective gear, work independently, and collaborate in a team environment.
