Efficiency & Analytics Specialist

Location: Hybrid work model based at 6750 Building, Ayala, Makati City, Philippines, with remote work from home several days a week

What you will do

• Establish data analytics that surface finance opportunities and improve controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve working capital and P&L performance.
• Support GBS efficiency goals through process optimization reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation across finance-related processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Experience with finance and accounting tools, including SAP, JDE, BlackLine, or GEP SMART.
• Experience using Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated influencing, prioritization, and delivery skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and raise process improvement opportunities.
