Sales & Design Specialist (Interior Design)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; onsite in a retail store. Weekend, holiday, and extended-hours availability is required.

Salary: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission on shipped items, performance-based bonuses, and potential geographic premium and annual incentive.

What you will do

• Educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized design consultations.
• Design furniture solutions aligned with client needs, preferences, wellness goals, and productivity.
• Drive sales by developing client relationships and following up proactively on leads.
• Collaborate with the Architecture & Design community to expand brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design or rendering tools.
• Ability to lift or move items over 20 pounds and follow safety protocols.
• Flexibility to work onsite on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
