Contract Analyst

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo or Campinas, Brazil

What you will do

• Execute SAP transactions for customer contracts to support accurate ordering, pricing, and invoicing.
• Process contract invoices and correct invoice issues accurately and on time.
• Manage contract data and reconcile information across related applications.
• Communicate with Customer Service, Sales, contract accounts, and Credit regarding performance issues, customer concerns, and questionable data.
• Follow current contract policies and processes while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in chemical manufacturing, or related educational experience involving computation and analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, data management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, both orally and in writing.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
