Senior QA Engineer (Web3)

Location: Fully remote from Europe or the UAE; optional company retreats approximately 1–2 times per year.

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 USD annual base compensation

hirify.global is partnering with a team building a large-scale decentralized exchange platform for Web3 trading infrastructure.

What you will do

• Own QA for the DEX platform as the initial dedicated QA engineer.
• Design and build the QA strategy, automation framework, tooling, and processes from scratch.
• Identify and automate the critical QA paths required ahead of the public testnet launch.
• Build automated testing across the product, APIs, web interfaces, integrations, and critical trading flows.
• Apply AI across test strategy, test generation, execution, analysis, debugging, tooling, and workflow automation.
• Help shape the QA function as it grows to 2–3 QA engineers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant QA, SDET, or automation engineering experience with senior-level technical ability.
• Experience building or significantly improving automated QA systems.
• Strong programming and automation skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or another programming language.
• Hands-on experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid trading-domain knowledge, including trading flows, order execution, exchange mechanics, and failure modes in trading systems.
