Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States; hybrid schedule with in-office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Occasional travel of less than 10% is required.
Salary: $97,000β$122,000 annually, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do
- Prepare, review, and file periodic SEC reports, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K.
- Analyze financial data and prepare accurate financial statements and disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Perform comprehensive financial tie-outs, including footing and cross-footing checks across external reporting materials.
- Maintain XBRL tagging and Workiva document structures, while proposing reporting efficiencies and improvements.
- Support external auditors by responding to inquiries and providing documentation for SEC filings.
- Perform monthly accounting controls, support SOX compliance, and mentor or direct staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 8 years of experience with a degree.
- Advanced computer skills and strong financial analysis capabilities.
- Ability to manage complex assignments, deadlines, multiple projects, and independent decision-making.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
- Ability to work in the Cedar Rapids hybrid office schedule, with in-office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Nice to have
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of SEC reporting and regulations, U.S. GAAP, and XBRL.
- Experience editing and working with Workiva.
- Experience managing deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
