Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States, with responsibilities across US locations in Wilton, San Diego, and San Jose; coordination with global leads in Veldhoven, Netherlands.
Salary: $126,800–$174,350 annual base salary.

What you will do
- Support the design, rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of a US-wide program spanning ESG, risk management, business continuity, and contract management.
- Lead ESG deliverables including supplier assessments, due diligence, data collection, maturity scoring, and improvement initiatives.
- Translate global ESG and contract management frameworks into US processes, templates, compliance workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Risk & Compliance, Sustainability, Business Continuity, site leadership, and external suppliers.
- Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, supplier risk insights, maturity scoring, and executive updates.
- Represent US regional needs in global forums and coordinate alignment with competency leads in Veldhoven.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Supply Chain, Risk Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ESG, responsible sourcing, supplier engagement, contract management, risk management, sustainability, compliance, or supplier-related roles.
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and disclosure expectations, including relevant US and global regulations.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including collaboration with internal leaders, global counterparts, and external suppliers.
