is building a UK connectivity network and provides technology solutions to businesses through its Business Technology Solutions team.
What you will do
- Manage the relationship between business demand, supplier performance, and delivery capacity across Business Technology Solutions.
- Ensure third-party partners deliver against contractual commitments, service levels, and business outcomes.
- Provide governance and visibility over demand intake, forecasting, and resource planning.
- Work with operational, commercial, finance, and supplier stakeholders to prioritise work and improve resource utilisation.
- Drive supplier accountability and support performance reviews, reporting, and executive dashboards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supplier management, vendor performance, service management, or operational performance.
- Experience with demand planning, forecasting, and resource capacity management.
- Strong understanding of KPI, SLA, and contract performance management.
- Ability to analyse complex operational and financial data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across matrix organisations.
- Understanding of financial governance, supplier cost management, and commercial performance.
