Hourly rate: $21.85 per hour

What you will do

• Perform body repairs, including masking, sanding, and grinding.
• Apply primer and refinish painted surfaces to hirify.global quality standards.
• Remove and replace parts to preserve cosmetic and structural integrity.
• Repair plastic and substrate damage.
• Perform post-paint refinishing and defect correction, and maintain specialized equipment.
• Support internal and external partners while following environmental, health, and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Complete New Associate Orientation Training – Operations.
• Meet the Associate 1 Competency Model and relevant performance standards.
• Complete required timekeeping systems training and workstation certifications.
• Read, interpret, and transcribe data accurately while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Use hirify.global-provided respiratory protection and remain clean-shaven when using a half-face respirator.
