Director, Forecasting (Hospitality)

Location: Onsite in Orlando, Tampa, or Miami, Florida

What you will do

• Develop forecasting models for visitor attendance, ticket sales, revenue, expenses, and other key business metrics.
• Analyze historical data, market trends, and external factors to improve forecast accuracy.
• Forecast operational costs, marketing budgets, and capital expenditures, and identify variances against financial performance.
• Partner with operations, marketing, and sales to align forecasts with business strategies and optimize staffing, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Present forecast updates, insights, trends, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of forecast analysts while improving forecasting processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in forecasting, financial analysis, or strategic planning, preferably in entertainment or hospitality.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with forecasting software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership experience managing teams and driving results.
• Ability to work onsite in Orlando, Tampa, or Miami and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
