Analyst, Political Compliance

Location: Must be willing to work from an office in Washington, DC, or Miami, FL; applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Base pay range: $53,000–$72,000 per year, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Oversee FCC compliance for political advertising across local markets and reduce non-compliance incidents.
• Train, orient, and guide local market stakeholders on compliance protocols and FCC requirements.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse audiences.
• Monitor, document, and report compliance activities, risks, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Research competitive political landscapes, maintain weekly race updates, and prepare candidate and state-of-the-race analyses.
• Support marketing initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements

• Four-year bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, political science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of FCC political advertising regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience collaborating with legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs and applying regulatory guidance to business practices.
• Experience in political advertising, broadcast media, or regulated communications, plus proficiency with compliance tracking systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
