Sr Staff Analog IC Design Engineer

What you will do

• Develop IC architectures and specify and design analog and mixed-signal subsystems.
• Design low-power ASICs from concept through post-layout evaluation.
• Simulate, validate, and verify design blocks at block, system, and chip levels, including AMS verification.
• Lead or participate in design reviews, roadmap planning, and structured design improvements.
• Design and document test concepts and procedures, including Design-for-Testability activities.
• Support test engineering, product engineering, operations, ATE data reviews, limit reviews, and device yield analysis.

Requirements

• 7+ years of analog circuit design experience in ASIC or SoC environments.
• Degree, postgraduate, or PhD qualification in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with power conversion and analog/mixed-signal IC development cycles, including design, simulation, and validation.
• Experience designing and verifying ADCs, DACs, reference and biasing circuits, DC-DC and LDO regulators, oscillators, PLLs, sensors, and drivers.
• Experience with Cadence analog design tools, CMOS/BiCMOS/BCD process technologies, and subsystem and chip-level verification.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring skills.
