What you will do
- Conduct title research and compile search packages of varying complexity.
- Document research findings and prepare departmental correspondence and reports.
- Search, investigate, and interpret tax records to determine tax liability.
- Apply established procedures and escalate issues to experienced team members when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of related experience.
- Investigative, research, data entry, and typing skills.
- Proficiency with standard Microsoft tools and company operating systems.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
