Senior Supply Chain & Procurement Finance Business Partner

What you will do

• Partner with Supply Chain and Procurement leadership on sourcing, supplier selection, network optimization, inventory, and operational efficiency decisions.
• Develop scalable supply chain finance processes, governance, reporting frameworks, executive KPIs, dashboards, and best practices.
• Build financial models for raw material cost fluctuations, commodity volatility, inflation, tariffs, foreign exchange, landed cost, inventory, and working capital.
• Own Purchase Price Variance reporting, including standardized methodologies, root cause analysis, and executive insights.
• Lead analyses for make-versus-buy decisions, outsourcing, capital investments, manufacturing footprint optimization, supplier risk, rebates, and logistics strategy.
• Review logistics spend, transportation and warehouse costs, cost-to-serve, savings realization, and profitability improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or Operations Finance in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, PPV, landed cost, working capital optimization, and cost-to-serve analysis.
• Experience developing financial processes, governance models, reporting capabilities, analytical frameworks, and financial models.
• Ability to influence senior leadership with strategic financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another relevant professional certification.
