Associate Director, Commerce, UK (eCommerce)

Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week. UK-based role requiring the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Coordinate and deliver client eCommerce accounts and campaigns across media-owner and technology-vendor platforms.
• Act as the main campaign activation and communication contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage projects against briefs, schedules, budgets, controls, and activation best practices.
• Monitor client business objectives and KPIs, identify trends and product opportunities, and propose account optimizations.
• Lead and develop junior team members, including supporting recruitment and interviewing.
• Drive process automation, efficient ways of working, and activation-related financial processes.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of eCommerce campaign setup, management, optimization, and reporting across media-owner and technology-vendor platforms.
• Strong understanding of strategic and tactical eCommerce and digital marketing.
• Proven project management, leadership, and people management experience.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
