Music Central Assistant (Music Touring)

What you will do

• Handle incoming calls, coordinate meetings, and support communication across the Contemporary Music Team.
• Provide administrative support and desk coverage for Music Agents and Music Assistants.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in booking and data management systems.
• Review and verify show contracts for accuracy and compliance.
• Support Music department projects, meetings, presentations, and industry research.
• Complete an immersive 8-week training program focused on booking and live music touring operations.

Requirements

• Passion for live music, music booking, touring, and talent representation.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with data management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and high standards of accuracy.
• Ability to work full time in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented booking and touring environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant education or coursework in Music Industry, Music Business, Entertainment Management, or Live Event Management.
• Experience in live music booking, event planning, administration, or similar work.
• Internship or other involvement in the music or entertainment industry.
