What you will do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adolescent and adult patients in a six-bed Progressive Care unit.
• Assess patient conditions, prioritize care, and establish goals to meet individual needs.
• Integrate patient values, evidence-based practices, and best practices into care delivery.
• Engage patients and families in treatment and care decisions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the Patient Care Services team.
• Work within the RN scope of practice while supporting patients who require enhanced monitoring but do not need intensive care.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with an ASN or BSN.
• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of New Hampshire required.
• At least 2 years of RN cardiac telemetry experience required.
• Two or more years of progressive care or critical care RN experience preferred.
• Ability to work part-time, 24 hours per week, on night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
