GTM Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid/on-site in Berlin, Germany; candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.

Salary: €50,000–€70,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and build automated go-to-market workflows using workflow automation platforms and AI tools.
• Integrate AI and LLM-based tooling into outreach, lead generation, and data enrichment processes.
• Use SQL, Python, and BI tools to collect, transform, and visualize data for strategic decisions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and create clean, scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Own strategic projects end-to-end and drive them independently.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n and AI tooling for GTM processes.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.
• Systems-thinking approach with the ability to identify inefficiencies and build scalable solutions.
• Fluent German at C2 or native level and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Existing authorization to work in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
