Project Manager - Substations - Michels Power, Inc. (BESS)

Location: Uniontown, Ohio, with travel required to project sites throughout the United States

What you will do

• Manage a phase of a large complex project or multiple medium-sized projects valued at approximately $500K to $20M.
• Lead projects from proposal and bidding through profitable completion.
• Coordinate effectively with project teams, field personnel, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Meet or exceed client expectations while maintaining strong project organization and deadline control.
• Place special emphasis on safety performance across project activities.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliability, self-motivation, initiative, and willingness to grow through evolving technical responsibilities.

Nice to have

• Experience managing substation and battery energy storage system projects.
• Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6 or Unifier.
• Familiarity with job cost tracking and estimating software.
