Assistant Manager - HR Rewards Lead

Location: Onsite in Hanoi City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Develop and administer competitive compensation, benefits, wellness, and total rewards programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking, salary surveys, compensation analysis, job evaluations, budget preparation, and annual merit and incentive processes.
• Manage SAP HR systems, benefits enrollment functionality, system improvements, audits, data accuracy, and HR analytics.
• Maintain HR policies, labor regulations, collective labor agreements, employee handbooks, payroll, taxation, and insurance records.
• Lead compensation and benefits communications, training, reporting, dashboards, compliance controls, and cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Supervise, coach, and develop Total Rewards team members while partnering with HR, IT, business leaders, employees, vendors, and government authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP HR systems.
• At least 3 years of experience managing or supervising a team.
• Experience in data analytics using tools such as Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and its practical application.
• Good command of English, with systematic, critical-thinking, analytical, problem-solving, team-development, and coaching skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits within a manufacturing environment.
