NA Tech Center New Product Introduction Engineer (Chemical Engineering)

What you will do

• Coordinate regional launches of new formulations, alternate materials, manufacturing plants, and package sizes.
• Develop project timelines, maintain project information, and track critical milestones through launch.
• Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Regulatory, Planning, Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and the Tech Center.
• Assess active ingredients and propose siting options based on hazard, risk, capability, capacity, and complexity.
• Support process safety management, process hazard analyses, Responsible Care, sustainability, and regional operations projects.
• Coordinate Management of Change activities, including HAZOP, PHA, QAR, site requirements, lessons learned, and long-term improvement plans.

Requirements

• BS or BA/BS in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a chemical environment.
• Strong project management experience with multiple stakeholders and project demand tracking.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, process safety management, capital deployment, and engineering fundamentals.
• Strong collaboration, communication, delegation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply broad principles, theories, and concepts.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma certification.
