Senior Manager, Technology Operations - Marketplace Risk

Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite at 1601 SE 10th St

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annual base salary for Bentonville. Performance-based bonuses may apply.

What you will do

• Develop and implement onboarding strategies for large and strategic Marketplace sellers.
• Partner with Business Development, Product, Operations, Data Science, vendors, and other stakeholders on risk tools, workflows, case management, and resolution.
• Improve decision accuracy through best practices, oversight, concurrence, and feedback loops.
• Design strategies for enhanced due diligence, identity verification, data validation, and seller monitoring.
• Communicate risk insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead global process improvements and special projects through structured project management.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketplace risk, fraud analysis, trust and safety, identity risk, payments risk, compliance operations, investigations, or related functions.
• Experience leading project, program, or program-operations work; supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex issues clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Excel or Sheets skills for repeatable monitoring views and operational reporting.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, is required under the stated qualification options.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, online marketplaces, risk management, underwriting, payments, or banking.
• SQL and BI tools for analysis and dashboarding.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices.
• A master's degree in a relevant field.
