Fractional B2B Content & Organic Growth Director (AI)

Location: London / Greater London, hybrid; 2 days per week in the office

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per year, with a performance element

What you will do

• Develop high-impact content, reports, insights, and case studies.
• Lead technical SEO and improve visibility across Google and AI search.
• Build the personal brands of founders, consultants, and senior experts.
• Turn events, webinars, and industry conversations into content.
• Use AI and automation to scale content creation, optimization, and distribution.
• Mentor a small content and SEO team while connecting organic activity to leads, placements, and revenue.

Requirements

• Proven experience growing inbound revenue through content and SEO.
• Strong hands-on technical SEO experience.
• Knowledge of GEO, AI search, and LLMs.
• Excellent content and editorial skills.
• Experience building executive or founder personal brands.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or developing others.

Nice to have

• Background in B2B SaaS, technology, consultancy, or another expertise-led business.
