Location: Hybrid position based in the Legal Headquarters in Creve Coeur, St. Louis, Missouri, United States. Candidates must be U.S. citizens or otherwise compliant with applicable government restrictions.

What you will do
- Provide day-to-day, practical legal advice across a broad range of business matters.
- Draft, review, interpret, and negotiate customer, supplier, confidentiality, consulting, and operational agreements.
- Advise on contractual rights, risk allocation, indemnities, liability limits, warranties, and dispute-resolution provisions.
- Manage litigation, pre-litigation disputes, claims, subpoenas, legal notices, investigations, and preservation obligations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel while supporting dispute avoidance and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Contracts, Sales, Operations, Quality, Programs, Supply Chain, Finance, and business leadership on legal projects, policies, templates, and training.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably approximately 3–6 years focused on contracts and litigation.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, issue-spotting, litigation-management, analytical, research, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively with sound business judgment, discretion, diplomacy, and a client-service orientation.
- Ability to comply with TTM export-control policies and ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
Nice to have
- Experience with regulatory, contractual, or corporate governance.
- Experience handling contracts in a manufacturing environment or legal governance for a publicly traded company.
- Experience with real estate matters, including leases and site agreements.
- Experience with government contracts, general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction support.
